Should you choose to hire the services after the free call, I can go over the basics of strength training with you. If you are completely new to it that’s perfectly fine!

Programming for experienced lifters 

Should you choose to hire the services after the free call, I can help you with your programming and technique so that you can keep making progress and avoid hitting plateaus.

A one-time form check and programming consultation

In case you enjoy doing your own programming and want some help with a lift, if you are stuck or if you want some advice organising your training to accomodate some new life changes (new job, a busy schedule, etc.)

    A few things we’re great at

    Strength training doesn’t have to be complicated, but it has to be done right. Here’s a couple of situations where a good strength training program can be benefitial:

    General strength training

    If you are over 35 and want to get (back) in shape, a couple of strength-training sessions a week will get you 80% there. Add your favourite type of conditioning and you will be doing excellent!

    When they hear about ‘strength training’ , a lot of people think about someone who competes professionally in a strength sport like strongman or olympic weightlifting. But strength training is for everyone.

    Strength training for a sport

    You can improve your times and become more resistant to injuries if you increase your ability to produce strength.

    Recovering from an injury

    Wether the injury happened while doing a sport or if it was a freak accident, getting strong will be the fastest way to recover. Once you are cleared by your doctor.

    Get started

    A pair of lifting shoes, a belt and some chalk.

    That’s what you need in addition to access to a good gym. It can be comparatively cheaper than other sports…Get in touch and learn the basics of how to do a strength programme.

    Measure your progress

    Numbers matter

    Getting stronger means you can lift a heavier weight today than a week, a month, or a year ago. The numbers vary from person to person: a 30 year-old male is supposed to be stronger than a 65 year-old woman, although there are some outliers! You begin where you are today. If you are consistent you will be surprised at how strong you can get, and how strong your parent or grandparent can get.

    Welcome to this website

    I am Lucas Gallo, I come from Argentina. I have done sports all my life and have always had a keen interest in learning about training systems. I have swam, done track and field and tried playing rugby. The weight room has always been appealing and since 2021 I am working as a personal trainer.
